Reflexology in Eldwick & Bingley
Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive complementary therapy that promotes deep relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing. I offer professional foot reflexology treatments from my peaceful treatment room in Eldwick, conveniently located near Bingley.
This deeply calming therapy is ideal for reducing stress, easing tension, and supporting the body’s natural healing processes.
What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is based on the principle that specific points on the feet correspond to different organs and systems within the body.
By applying gentle pressure to these reflex points, reflexology helps to stimulate the body’s natural healing response, encourage relaxation, and support overall health and wellbeing.
Foot reflexology is the most widely used form and offers a deeply soothing and restorative experience.
How Does Reflexology Work?
Stress, illness, and lifestyle factors can create imbalances in the body, affecting how we feel physically and emotionally.
Reflexology works by helping to restore balance and encourage the flow of energy throughout the body. By applying targeted pressure to reflex points on the feet, areas of tension may be eased and the body supported back into a more balanced state.
This can help promote relaxation, improved sleep, reduced stress, and a greater sense of overall wellbeing.
What to Expect During Your Treatment
If you are new to reflexology, your first session begins with a relaxed consultation where we discuss your health, lifestyle, and any concerns. This ensures your treatment is safe, appropriate, and tailored to you.
You will then be invited to remove your shoes and socks and lie back comfortably on the treatment couch. Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended.
The treatment begins with gentle relaxation techniques, followed by a sequence of precise finger and thumb pressure across the feet, including the soles, tops, sides, and around the ankles.
Most clients find reflexology deeply relaxing and may even fall asleep. Occasionally, slight tenderness may be felt in certain areas, which can indicate imbalance—this is completely normal and will be explained if needed.
After your session, you may receive gentle aftercare advice and recommendations for further treatments, although there is no obligation to rebook.

Alongside foot reflexology, I also specialise in facial reflexology.
This gentle and deeply relaxing treatment works on reflex points on the face to support balance, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. Many clients find it particularly calming and rejuvenating.
Facial reflexology can be booked as a standalone treatment or explored in more detail on its dedicated page.
Reflexology and Reiki
I also offer Reiki energy healing as a separate holistic treatment.
Reiki is a gentle energy-based therapy that supports relaxation and emotional balance. Many clients choose Reiki on its own or alongside reflexology depending on their needs.
