Introducing the Balance Blueprint Online Course
I’m so excited to share the launch of my Balance Blueprint online course. A programme I’ve created from years of hands on experience working closely with clients and supporting them through stress, anxiety, and overwhelm.
This course has been designed with a clear purpose: to help you understand the real impact that stress and anxiety can have on your life, as when left unmanaged, stress and anxiety can keep the body in a prolonged fight-or flight response, but with the right tools, you can begin to calm the nervous system and restore balance. I’ve become very aware over time of the effects that prolonged stress can have on the body, and how, if left unaddressed, it can contribute to illness.Thats why I am so passionate about the benefits of alternative therapies and that awareness is a big part of why I felt so strongly about creating this course. Because when you begin to understand your body and support it in the right ways, you can create positive, lasting changes that help you feel healthier, calmer, and more balanced.
At its core, the Balance Blueprint is about supporting the mind, body, and spirit as a whole. The course is energy based and gently guides you towards becoming more intuitive, helping you tune into what your body needs and respond in a way that feels natural and supportive to you.
When I work with clients, many arrive feeling stressed, tense, and overwhelmed and they leave feeling calm, relaxed, recharged, and more positive. The challenge is what happens in between sessions. Life gets busy, stress slowly creeps back in, and although many clients see me monthly, that still leaves a lot of time navigating things on their own. That’s exactly where this course comes in. My aim is to give you small, simple daily practices that don’t take up much time, but make a real difference in how you feel.
The Balance Blueprint is built around the idea that small, consistent practices can create meaningful change. You don’t need hours of spare time or a complete lifestyle overhaul, just simple, achievable tools that help you feel calmer, more grounded, and more in control.
What’s included in the course?
This is a fully online course made up of easy-to-follow slides and videos, all written and created by me. Inside, you’ll learn:

Throughout the course, I also introduce a few supportive tools that you may choose to use alongside your practice, including a facial gua sha kit, a crystal kit, an aromatherapy candle, and a smudging kit. These are not essential, but they can enhance your experience and help you create a calming, intentional self-care space at home.
If you feel you would benefit from additional support, I also offer one-to-one coaching sessions. These are there for you if you’re finding it difficult to stay consistent, need guidance working through the course, or simply want a more personalised approach alongside your learning.
How it works
You’ll move through the course at your own pace, learning and then implementing each practice into your daily life. I recommend working through the course slowly, giving yourself time to fully absorb the information and gently introduce each practice. The goal is not perfection, it’s progress. By the end, you’ll have created your own personalised self-care routine that feels realistic, supportive, and easy to maintain.
