Hello and welcome to my website my name is Sally, I qualified as a Reflexologist in West Yorkshire in 2000 at The Yorkshire School of Clinical Reflexology after completing my Cidesco diploma in beauty therapy, I worked in a Health Spa's and as a mobile practitioner in the Leeds and Bradford area for many years, my career then took me down a different path but I have returned to Reflexology and Holistic therapies in recent years because I feel passionate about the health benefits and how relieving stress, anxiety and promoting relaxation can restore balance and aid natural healing.  I also specialise in Facial Reflexology, Zone Face Lift and Facial Cupping, I am privileged to have been taught by award winning Ziggie Bergman at the London school of Reflexology who was inspired to create these holistic treatments after spending years practicing reflexology and studying with Native American Shamen and Healers in New Mexico. I am also a fully qualified Reiki and Sound Healing practitioner offering both one to one Sound Healing and regular Sound Baths at various venues in both Eldwick and Saltaire.

We all lead busy lives and at some point most of us have experienced stress and anxiety had an illness or an injury that will have affected the flow of energy around our body, the holistic therapies I offer such as Reflexology, Sound Healing and Reiki can help to balance your energy allowing your body to heal itself and function at its optimum level, this is why it's so important to take time for relaxation and to look after your own wellbeing, putting aside a little time just for you.

Reflexology, Reiki & Sound Healing are wonderful therapies and have many health benefits that may help you to lead a healthy and happy life.

Crystals are also a passion of mine, not only are they beautiful to look at but they have different healing benefits and have been used for this purpose for millenia, I work with crystals in some of the treatments I offer and also have a small retail collection to introduce you to nature's magical world of crystals all intuitively chosen and only purchased from ethical traders.

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexology for which one of the criteria is Continuing Professional Development (CPD) this focuses on self learning and keeping up to date with current information and skills. I work as a Reflexologist/ holistic therapist from my treatment room at home in Eldwick aswell as at The Chimes in Bingley.
